Kerri Russell knows from personal experience how tough getting into and staying in shape can be! As a competitive single/pair figure skater, she spent many years competing at an international level.
A working mom of two young children (a 3 year old and 9 months old), she knows firsthand the struggle of striking a perfect balance between family and self.
As a certified personal fitness trainer she has 15 years experience in the fitness industry. Coming full circle in her quest for health and wellness she continues to search and learn, adding to the list of her credentials which currently include:
ACE, Canadian Fitness Professional, Stott Pilates and a National Coaching Certificate (figure skating) Level II.
Kerri is also very passionate about nutrition and currently attaining a diploma in Natural Nutrition. As a Natural Nutrition Consultant she strongly believes that what we put in our bodies directly affects not only our energy level and health but more importantly our state of mind. Her approach is based on a nutritious whole foods diet, along with high quality supplements, when required. She believes in the consumption of the most nutrient dense foods available, to help the body naturally balance and heal itself. Good health starts in the grocery cart.
With a love for all things related to health and wellness, Kerri, is currently working on attaining certification in Hatha Yoga and Injury & Special Populations Pilates.
Kerri is now offering her extensive experience to you as she feels strongly that a peaceful, balanced life is available for all who are motivated to achieve their personal fitness and lifestyle goals.
